Standard Shipping
Our shipping policy is as follows, All domestic orders above $149 are entitled to a free standard shipping, and orders under $149 will incur Shipping costs for their respective weight categories. We use a combination of Australia Post, Fastway and Couriers Please for standard shipping depends on the destination and the size of the order. A specific carrier may be requested in the case a customer wants to organise their own shipping due preference or existing account. In this case they are to select a pickup option in checkout OR request a manual invoice and notify their preference of carrier. The invoice will include the fees incurred by the chosen carrier.

Express Shipping
Express shipping option is available at an extra cost. Express shipping service is provided by Australia Post Express and depends on the order size.
If the order is large, a different carrier such as TNT (Road Express) may be used.

Same Day Special Delivery
Should a customer be within 20km of Rowville 3178 and require urgent filament delivery, they can contact Extruded and organise a special delivery (mark as pickup in checkout and manual invoice for delivery charge will be created). Once delivery is organised and confirmed, the delivery is guaranteed before 11:59pm the same day. We will make every attempt to hand over your order well before then, however factors out of our control such as traffic, vehicle issues, accidents or other unforeseen events may delay the delivery. If the special order does not reach you before midnight, 50% of your delivery charge will be refunded.
